Trenton is the capital city of NJ and lies along the NJ-Pennsylvania borderline. It has nearly 85,000 residents. The City has a high crime rate, though most residents think it is not too bad. Very diverse population. The Lower Free Bridge displays its slogan, Trenton Makes, The World Takes, sometimes tweaked and put as Trenton Makes, Others Fake. Thomas Edison State College and Mercer County Community College are in Trenton. St. Francis Medical Center and Capital Health System are less than a 5-minute drive from the Courthouse area. The City also maintains several parks which provide respite from the suburban jungle. North Trenton Park, George Page Park and Hetzel Park dot the region. The City is inundated with major routes - Routes 29, 129, 33, 31, US Rt 1 and US Rt 206 pass through the city. I-95 and I-295 pass through the surrounding suburbs.
