Comments	Relatively bigger than its surrounding towns, though not very busy. It's possible the police are watching for out-of-state drivers as they enter NY from Pennsylvania, especially PA and Ohio drivers. But they'll ticket plenty of New Yorkers too.
About the area	The western border of Ripley is Erie County, Pennsylvania. The northern border is Lake Erie with Canada on the opposite shore. The Town of Mina is on the south, and The Town of Westfield is on the east.
