Jan 02 2010 05:30:59: Why have a telephone contact if it is impossible to contact the court through telephone. I don't believe people should loose out on court date information, receive warrants and loose bail due to lack of phone operations.

Feb 18 2009 23:18:18: We were unable to locate ticket information for several days with the online system. Then we were given a fee with no break down over the phone. Very confusing. Is this the penalty? Is this the late fee too? Court costs etc. It would help to have more detailed info when pay a fine.
