Comments Judge Opiela is a former private-practice lawyer with an academic background in math in philosophy. A very technical man, Judge Opiela says that his biggest obstacle is dealing with the current surge in drug-related issues from a legal standpoint rather than a judicial standpoint. Maybe he\'ll come around to the drug policy reform position that prohibition doesn\'t work.
About the area Despite experimental teenagers and the isolated case of the Boczkowski murders, which aired on A&E`s show \"Behind the Murder,\" there isn`t much to worry about in this quiet suburb. The Court covers West View Borough and the surrounding and much larger Ross Township.
