About the area	Ballston Spa was a popular resort and spa before the development of Saratoga. Abner Doubleday, the famous Civil War general and reported inventor of baseball, once lived here. While Ballston Spa is fun, and the Village Court gets some interesting cases, we hear Miami Traffic Court is a lot busier and there may be a bit more to do there. Warmer too.
