Village office is at 66 Front Street in case the address we have is wrong.
About the area
Ballston Spa was a popular resort and spa before the development of Saratoga. Abner Doubleday, the famous Civil War general and reported inventor of baseball, once lived here. While Ballston Spa is fun, and the Village Court gets some interesting cases, we hear Miami Traffic Court is a lot busier and there may be a bit more to do there. Warmer too.
Judges
Thomas L. Schroeder, Village Justice; Timothy Thomas, acting Justice
Prosecutors
Richard Wendling
Type Of Cases Relatively quiet court. Gets some activity from visitors to the Saratoga area if they get in trouble, and there are the occasional local problems as well.

Jan 26 2010 08:08:26: Can you please tellme how this Michael Fruschino is allowed to go free even though he is an absolute menace to society? I hope that this character calls Judge Schroeder non-stop for a year and see how he likes it. Send him to jail or the psychward but for God's sake don't set him free. I have absolutely no confidence in the judicial system or our justices. Judges like Schroeder are clueless.
