| About the area | In the area of Remsen, New York there is a club called the Penn Mountain Snow Riders. They are an organization that rides snowmobiles for recreation. The region is known to receive several inches or feet of snow each year. These are excellent conditions for the snow club. There are designated trails for riders and many take every safety precaution. The trails go through a wide expanse of woods and people can take in the breath taking scenery. This snow sport is one known across the USA and Remsen is a great example. Town is on the edge of the Adirondack Park and the Hinckley Reservoir, so there is lots of fun stuff around. |
