District 05-2-03 covers Etna Borough, Millvale Borough, Reserve Township, and Shaler Township. In many spots in this area, you can see downtown Pittsburgh, the north side, one of the most impressive, encompassing views. These towns are also heavily populated; the houses literally sit right up against each other. It compels you to stare at the peculiar set up as you cruise down Rt. 28, but try to keep your eyes on the road. It gets heavily congested during rush hour, and some of the bridges here have been under construction for years. |
