||A former attorney and County Judge, Olasz has had a lot on his plate since taking over District 05-2-14. He even has to deal with many defendants who reside outside his district due to the mass amount of people who visit Kennywood...then get in trouble. He has an upcoming "Kennywood case" with a Jeannette High School student who is widely considered to be the top athlete in the nation. I hope Olasz doesn`t tackle him or block the great future ahead of him!
|About the area
||District 05-2-14 serves the boroughs of Dravosburg, West Mifflin, and Whitaker. This area is primarily residential but it is also home to a place that has significantly shaped Pittsburgh culture---KENNYWOOD! Yes, the historic amusement park, located in West Mifflin. So if you`re in town, pack your picnic basket and enjoy a day at one of the funnest and most memorable places in America. Just make sure your "Kennywood is up" at all times. (That`s Pittsburgh slang for when your pants zipper is down.)
