| Comments | Judge Boyle was forced to take a "vacation" from the bench in 2005. It was in lieu of an impending suspension for allegedly using her office and staff for election purposes. Although she ultimately retained her position, it is surmised that the voters will not have her back for the next term. But one can never know. |
