Petite and Jr. are pretty ironic for this judge, considering he is about 6 foot 4 inches and maybe 250 lbs. A very intimidating guy. He might make you nervous even if you only have a petty traffic violation to work out. But he needs to be since he deals with the most challenging and serious cases in Pittsburgh. |
| About the area |
Magisterial District 05-2-28 serves Downtown Pittsburgh, the Strip District, the Lower Hill District, and the Upper Hill District. It is essentially Pittsburgh as you see it on television, the part where the Three Rivers converge, and the Point shoots up its waterfalls, and the skyscrapers that follow, then the inner-city ghettos crowding and crawling eastward. The Hill District is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. Many murders, rapes, and thefts. So be careful around here. But the office itself is located in a safe part: right across the street from Mellon Arena and the future arena for the Pittsburgh Penguins. |
