Comments This judge wins the award for best name! Bubash, Boo-Bahsh! I just love saying it! Just wouldn`t love standing in front of her. She deals with the worst of the worst, so she has to be a tough one. Court serves Wards 21, 22, 23, 24, 25.
About the area District 05-2-40 serves Fineview, Latimer Jr. High - Heinz Co. Area, Manchester, North Side, Spring Garden, and Troy Hill. Along with the Hill District, the North Side is the other extremely dangerous place in Pittsburgh. Gunshots are heard ringing out daily and nightly. Every time I`m in this area, I find myself pulling over for cops who are in high-speed pursuit. So the traffic note for this area is: watch out for cops who are already chasing after somebody else.
