Burbank Superior Court is not always tough. A murderer was sentenced in 2008 to house arrest and community service. We know pregnancy gets you some breaks, but no jail time for manslaughter? Well, at least she didn't do anything as bad as Paris Hilton, right? They are getting tough on actors who don't show up for court appearances though, especially when they smoke tobacco in the wrong places. Imagine if it had been weed!
