The building stretches back to Third Street where the County Clerk\'s office is located, but the main entrance is on Second. Famous Lunch (a hot dog place) is nearby. The equally impressive and historic Troy Public Library building is located just next door at 100 Second Street. |

It has a rich history, bustling during the industrial revolution of the 19th century. Many famous people resided or were born in Troy.
