Founded around the cotton fields back in the 1800's and then grew more once the railway crossed by close to this town. With the growth and how close it is to Dallas, this has made this city the tenth largest city in Texas. Garland is full of different types of arts and entertainment with many shows and exhibits that go on pretty much year round. |
