The community was incorporated back in the late 1970's, its residents are friendly, kind and warm with anyone who visits this land. Less than 15 minutes separates Minerva Village from Malvern, Carrollton, and Waynesburg which does not stop families from visiting Minerva and enjoying the Municipal Park and the Bicentennial Park. |
