About the area	Crescent city is located by the beautiful route 101 and the coast line is in the shape of the Crescent. There is no dearth of things to do in this moon shaped piece of adventurous land. Nature, sea, rivers and scenery are the biggest attractions here. You should go in a season when you can spend a lot of time outdoors. This is the kind of heaven one should plan to relax and chill out. Battery point light house is also an interesting point of observation and during winters you can see whales migrating to Mexico from the light house observation point. Gorgeous redwood forests here near the Oregon border and the Pacific Ocean. We bet you can see the grey whale migration from the point too.
