Comments	Don't expect anything grand from this town. Court is held in the public safety building. Historically, this court sided with defendants in DWI cases involving breathalyzer tests, much to the consternation of the DA. Several DWI rulings were challenged by the DA in 2005 (Green v DeMarco).
About the area	Irondequoit is lucky to have Irondequoit Bay, Durand Eastman Park and plenty of lake front property. This area is not as affluent as most Rochester suburbs. Local attractions include the Irondequoit Mall and Sea Breeze amusement park. The best this area has to offer can be found along the bay and lake shores.
Hours of Operation	Office: generally 8-5, but 8-4 on Fridays. Sessions - Dinolfo: Mondays at 5:30pm; Genier: Tuesdays at 4:00pm; DeMarco: Fridays at 9:00am.

Type Of Cases	Speeding tickets and DWIs galore (Routes 590 & 104). The city bound crowds of the more affluent neighborhoods must drive through Irondequoit. Plenty of other ciminal cases.
