This is the Circuit Court for Baltimore County (in Towson). There is also a Baltimore Circuit Court in the city of Baltimore.

About the area

Towson is surrounded by the burbs of Baltimore. Up north they got some farmland too. Total of roughly 3/4 of a million people. Plenty to do. The most famous resident worldwide is Spiro Agnew, but around here Johnny Unitas is the real deal. Better than Ray Lewis anyway.

Judges

Nearly twenty judges. Some of them might even be pleasant, but probably not in Towson Criminal Court.

Prosecutors

Scott Shellenberger leads the team in the State's Attorney office here. Used to be Sandra A. O'Connor, who had an awful time shaking the way her name rhymes with that of a former Supreme Court Justice. There were rumors Reagan meant to name this one and that Ed Meese screwed up and then covered it up. Those rumors are, of course, completely false since we just made them up.
