Comments	There is also a TVB Manhattan North. No plea deals in the New York City traffic courts. Plead guilty or face a trial. Also cases often do not get dismissed even if the officer misses the first two trial dates. Get an attorney!

Hours of Operation	Call center: 8 am to 4 pm. The Court is open from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm; until 6 pm on Thursdays.

They just made a bad situation worse and its' all about the fees! [Editor's Note: I have personally referred many people to a couple of lawyers in NYC, have heard good feedback and no one has ever complained.]
