Comments Moderately busy court with a town population of 3,404. Great court with friendly staff. Town court address in Utica but Schuyler is a town right outside of Utica.
About the area One of the fastest growing towns in Herkimer County. It has an active town board with many people getting involved with town events. The recreation board puts on an easter egg hunt, a summer extravaganza, and many events throughout the year. Great town for kids and young people starting out. Good rates for housing and cost of living. Quiet, peaceful, but active town is what Schuyler offers. Great place to visit too.
Hours of Operation Every Monday from 6 to 8pm. Clerk 9-3 on weekdays.

Type Of Cases Thruway speeding tickets are common here. Some DWI cases and other criminal, but the Troopers write a lot of speeds.
