Friendly court on State Highway 85. If you have a criminal matter call to be sure you're scheduled for a DA night. Otherwise it may be a wasted trip. This court is usually not very busy, so don't be more than 15 minutes late. On a bad day you might miss it.

The Town of New Scotland is a gorgeous area bordering Guilderland, Bethlehem, Albany and the hilltowns, and contains the village of Voorheesville within its boundaries.

Hon. Margaret Adkins & Hon. David Wukitsch. Both are excellent judges. Judge Dolin is now Town Supervisor.

Renee Merges is the main ADA for New Scotland Town Court. Park Police, EnCon officers, and Deputy Sheriffs may prosecute their own traffic cases. Either the DA or a Town Attorney may be handling the traffic cases now.
