Comments	Great court with friendlly staff. Has a youth court that handles minor criminal matters for young people, helping them learn about the system while protecting them from the nastier consequences.
About the area	Niskayuna is a fairly small town just east of the City of Schenectady. A lot of GE professionals and Union College staff live in Niskayuna, which makes the school district a rather good one, though GE's reductions in the area aren't helping. Former Town Supervisor Ed Reilly is a landmark political figure. Locals sometimes visit Florida, but they try to stay out of Miami Traffic Court and especially out of Miami Criminal Court.
Hours of Operation	Court sessions are Wednesdays at 6 pm. Youth Court varies.
Judges	Hon. Paul S. Zonderman and Stephen F. Swinton, Jr. Judge Burns retired apparently.
Prosecutors	Attorneys can resolve most traffic matters with Schenectady District Attorney by mail. Might be Katie McCutcheon or Lori Hammond.
Type Of Cases	Traffic cases from Route 7 and other roads, with some occasional criminal cases, and some code violations.
