About the area	Scotia is a pleasant village on the edge of the City of Schenectady. The Mohawk River seems to provide an excellent buffer from the city's problems. Home to the Glen Sanders Mansion, a classy hotel, banquet house, and restaurant. Hosts a lot of meetings including lunches for the Schenectady County Bar Association.
Judges	Hon. Jason Frament, a fine young lawyer.
Prosecutors	Schenectady DA with ADA Dean Riggi, who will resolve most traffic cases with attorneys by mail, or even fax.
Type Of Cases	Traffic cases from Routes 5, 50 and 147, and not a whole lot else. Maybe some DWI cases. And there seems to be a fair number of youth cases.
