A former prosecutor in the Broome County District Attorney’s Office, Chris Brown has had an imprint in literally thousands of criminal and domestic violence cases ranging from traffic tickets to violent felonies. Chris' experience on both sides of the courtroom has perfectly prepared him to anticipate the prosecutor’s arguments and evidentiary requirements, and he will build a defense accordingly. A staple throughout the local court circuit, he has become familiar with the judges and opposing counsel. You’ll find this rapport to be extremely helpful when Chris fights for reduction or dismissal of criminal charges. Though criminal law and DWI is his passion, Chris routinely represents clients in a host of other troublesome matters. Himself a licensed real estate broker, he has been instrumental in closing many real property transactions by making sure all of the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. An avid Orange fan, Chris was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of New York and Broome County Bar Association.
