| My practice focuses on representing individuals involved in traffic violations and automobile accidents throughout New York State. In traffic matters I strive to get favorable results for my clients and aggressively negotiate with prosecutors to eliminate points and reduce fines imposed by the various courts. In fact, in some instances outright dismissals have been awarded to my clients. Most importantly, I understand that individuals are pressed for time and money; I am always willing to offer my services at affordable rates and make my appearances without my clients present. This allows them to avoid missing time from work with the piece of mind that their matters are being taken care of by a trusted professional. When handling traffic accidents, I offer prospective clients free consultations so that they can discuss the facts of their case and start setting up their claims with all applicable insurance companies. Additionally, I handle matters in all five boroughs and often make home or after-hour appointments if necessary.
