Thomas B. Mafrici was formerly the Session Counsel for the New York State Assembly Transportation Committee where he helped draft numerous sections of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. He has been in private practice for over sixteen years focusing primarily with all aspects of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Mafrici is a graduate of Hobart College and Syracuse University College of Law. Mafrici is also the Town Historian for the Town of Cicero, NY. Kelly J. Graves, Esq. has been employed by the Mafrici Law Office since graduating law school in 2001. She works closely with Thomas Mafrici and has vast experience in Traffic and Criminal law. Graves is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Syracuse University College of Law. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
