The scenic Miami River flows through Shelby county and the area has an extensive park system with acres of lush green forests and combines the Shelby County offers a lot of activities for recreation, camping and other outdoor activities. The Shelby County fair attracts a lot of visitors from far away for its extravagant displays and splurging fun. These kind of opportunities are only available along the Miami River path and not in entire Shelby County.
