Arkansas Courts
Most routine cases in Arkansas are handled by district courts. The more serious matters are resolved by the circuit courts. On the higher end their Supreme Court addresses issues like the death penalty, and the application of federal labor laws. But for regular people with traffic tickets, DUI and drug arrests, and other simple issues, district court is where the action is.
