The Annual Hogskin Holidays Festival and Cook-Off held in mid-April of each year is a fun filled event for people in this area. Besides the Pork Barbeque cook-off, where you are invited to taste the results; other competitions include the skidder and horseshoes competition. The exhibits that can be seen at the festival are the quilt show, old photo exhibit, vintage car show, antique tractors show and mounted wildlife exhibit.
Lots of fun are the racing pigs, children's tractor pull, arts & crafts, log loading demonstration, carnival, live entertainment, parade and rodeo. Other food options are provided by the many food concessions. |
