About the area |
Sheridan's Sports complex is the home field to town youth and adult teams as well as the Sheridan High School baseball and Softball teams. In addition to the baseball fields and softball fields the complex has a paved walking trail over one mile in length, soccer fields, youth football fields and a fishing pond with a pier. Each September the city of Sheridan celebrates Heritage Day. Besides the concessions there are demonstrations of fire making, quilt making, bow making, Arkansas Native arts and crafts and a pavilion picnic.
