About the area |
Bull Shoals is located on a peninsula in Bull shoals lake. Bull Shoals-White River State park is the home of the Gaston Visitor center and has campsites, picnic areas, pavilions, playgrounds and trails. The trout dock is where you can rent a boat, motor, equipment and canoes. The park also has RV's and
army like tents that can be rented. Main historic structures and additional outbuildings were brought from various sites in the Ozarks to erect Mountain Village 1890 in Bull Shoals. The structures and their contents are authentic and were used in the 1890's. The complex also has a petting zoo and 19-hole miniature golf course.
