Texarkana Circuit Court is formally known as the Eighth South Judicial Circuit Court of Miller County in the Arkansas Circuit court system and is located in the same building as the Texarkana County court.

About the area |
The city of Texarkana has started something new. It now has its own Mardi Gras parade and festival in February; an event which will be held annually at the Front Street Festival Plaza. The parade has pets and themed floats in it. Throughout the festival there are contests, live music, street dancing, food vendors and children activities. |
