Ash Flat Circuit Court is formally known as the Sharp County Circuit Court in the Third Judicial Circuit of the Arkansas Circuit court system. The building it's housed in is the same as the Ash Felt county court.

About the area |
Ash Flat has built a park to commemorate the service of men and women in the armed forces. The Sharp County American Veterans memorial has on its grounds Sherman tanks, a howitzer and a civil war cannon. Engraved bricks memorialize the men and women of the county who served in the armed forces.
There are also bronze statues of male and female soldiers emblematic of the part men and women played in the wars in which they fought.
