New Castle Superior Court is here too. 255-0800. That's for felonies, drug cases and some appeals. County Court hears the lesser stuff. We've been told there is no such things as "County Court" in Delaware. Superior Court hears felonies. Misdemeanors are heard in either Justice of the Peace Court (not "Justice Court') or the Court of Common Pleas.

New Castle County is home to some of the busiest parts of the state. But there are only three counties so what do you expect? You'd think New Castle (the city) would be the big kahuna, but instead it is Wilmington.
