Apr 19 2012 04:42:23: I have to say...I was treated so poorly today when I could not pay a ticket...they put you on probation like a criminal...something needs to be done. I was charged with a improper u turn...I should have just paid the ticket when I got it. I went to court because online it said I was being charged with No u turn and at the intersection there was no no u turn sign so I was in the right. The judge whom seemed understanding at the time reduced the 158.00 ticket down to 110.00 plus court fees....which then wound up to be more then the original ticket...since I was not prepared to pay at the time he gave me 6 months probation...then I ask if I wad being put in probation like a criminal and was told I was not a criminal...YET...I had to sign a form basically signing away all my rights until the probation was over...I could not even leave the state like a criminal....garden city has some nerve treating someone like this...this is in-constatutional and just down right wrong treating someone like this...I think something needs to be done as treating people like criminals that are not is morally wrong...
