| About the area |
The annual Felix Grundy festival is held each July with a host of events. There are games, clowns, music and food to enjoy. Tours of historic sites in town are offered. Cooling off time is always available at the city's Grundy Center Family aquatic center. For play there is the George E. Wilhelm Sports complex with soccer fields, illuminated baseball and softball diamonds and a soon to be opened Arboretum with trails. The Mutch Historical museum has a little bit of everything. On display are collections of primitives, early-American hand tools, World War II memorabilia, railroad pieces and items related to Grundy Center history. |
