American Falls Magistrate Court

Located in the Sixth judicial district of Idaho, the American Falls Magistrate Court is the magistrate court of Power county and the Power county district court, which is part of the same district and meets in the same building, meets the 2nd Thursday of each month. One of the parks, Trenner Park, maintained by Idaho Power company has access to a fishing dock and views of the American Fall dam and Snake river area below the dam.
