If you visit the historic Dieterich Cabin circa 1850's and Carnegie Cultural Center circa early 1900's be sure to bring your lunch. City Park adjacent to these attractions is a popular picnic spot. At the beginning of the Prairie Spirit Rail Trail, in this town, you will find Kanza Park with its mile-long walking trail and the 9-hole disc golf course may have been upgraded to 18 holes these days.
