When is a city not a city? When it's Ellicott City, apparently. Nearly 60,000 people, but not really a city. Supposed to be a good spot, maybe because it's west of Baltimore rather than inside it. The rich bastards who live here were smart enough not to waste money on a city government. But most important, the greatest baseball player in history got hitched here. No, not Barry Bonds and not A-Rod neither. Da Babe, of course.
