You might be more comfortable calling this court by its official name; the Chisago County District Court. Us Hway 8 runs just to the South of the city where it is joined by Oasis road running from the North. |
| About the area |
Center City is surrounded by lakes. There are North Center lake on the West side, Pioneer lake on the North and South Center lake on the South. Further West just past the nearby city of Lindstrom are the North Lidstrom and South Lindstrom lakes. The Celebrations of the Lakes is held here each year in January. It is marked by a number of events including a Hot Air Balloon launch, Kids Pro Ice snowmobile racing and a Belgium horse drawn hayride. Alcohol and Drug addiction must be a significant problem in the area. Each year more than 2,000 start their rehabilitation from these addictions in a Treatment center, located here on an approximately 500 acre site.
