This court is officially known as the Le Sueur County District Court. Many significant roads run through LeCenter. They include County Roads 11, 38, 39, 40 and 114 as well as State Road 99; which crosses County Road 11 to the South of town. |
| About the area |
Le Center lies along the Minnesota river. It is the county seat of Le Sueur county and has a population of less than 2500. It was during the 1850s, that large numbers of immigrants from the east, both native-born and foreigners moved to the area. In the 1870's, after much bickering the county seat was located here after the offering to the county board, by a group of businessmen, of the use of a newly constructed two story brick building for use as a courthouse. |
