This court is officially known as the Redwood County District Court. US hway 71 and SR's 19 and 67 come together in Redwood Falls; plenty of room for violations for this court.

About the area

There are two tracts of land in the Northwest corner of Redwood Falls which are the site of facilities meant for the enjoyment of one and all; residents and visitors alike. Alexander Ramsey Park with over 200 acres is sometimes known as the Little Yellowstone of Minnesota. Shelters and bridges, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the 1930's, are located throughout the park. The park is the location for community events, festivals, summer activities and a campground with over 40 sites equipped with electric service, water and nearby restrooms with showers. Campers can take advantage of two interesting nearby locations which offer tours; a historic farm on the property and the Lower Sioux Indian Reservation which is located about two miles away. At the entrance of Ramsey Park there is a beautiful yet challenging golf course at the Redwood Falls Golf club. This par 70 course lies along the scenic Redwood River Valley.
