About the area

The annual Labor Day Dixon Blue Grass Festival is held at Missouri Festival park just North of Dixon. This park is also the site of other musical events during the Summer. Dixon Cow Days are held each year in the middle of September. The festival features music throughout the event and the giving away of three cows in raffles.
