About the area

Sports is a big thing in Taylorsville and it has a state of the art baseball and softball complex to serve little league to high school baseball. It also maintains tennis courts as well a walking track which is located behind the town hall. To encourage a clean and beautiful environment in town; the town each month selects businesses for its Business of the Month and Yard of the Month awards.
