Beatty is on the way to the Death Valley National park and also enjoys the importance from tourists for being the closes valley town for the National Park and Yucca Mountain. The picturesque locale offers views of the towering peaks of Bare Mountain, Saw tooth Mountain and the Bullfrog Hills. The weather is the typical Mojave Desert weather. Other points of interest include the outdoor sculpture park, and Goldwell Open Air Museum.
