Friendly court on State Highway 85. If you have a criminal matter call to be sure you're scheduled for a DA night. Otherwise it may be a wasted trip. This court is usually not very busy, so don't be more than 15 minutes late. On a bad day you might miss it. |

Renee Merges is the main ADA for New Scotland Town Court. Park Police, EnCon officers, and Deputy Sheriffs may prosecute their own traffic cases. Either the DA or a Town Attorney may be handling the traffic cases now. |
