Sep 14 2008 21:45:45: My experience was that the court was about realizing money. When I showed up for an equipment violation without being on the docket, my fine was hastily lowered $20. before I spoke to the judge. A flip remark by the clerk to the judge implied that I should be satisfied.
There was no mercy. |
