About the area |
The annual Falcon Ridge Folk Festival is held every July at Dobbs Farm. Hillsdale is a quaint pastoral town located just on the NY side of the Mass border in the Berkshires. Rtes 22 and 23 intersect the town and is just east of the Taconic Parkway. And don\'t forget nearby attractions such as Catamount Ski Area, Norman Rockwell\'s museum, some Shakespeare, Butternut Basin ski area, Berkshire Mountains. The population is now below 2000, much lower than it\'s historical peak of over 4000 about 200 years ago. |
