Speeding tickets and other traffic cases are heard in the Rochester Traffic Court. Court facility appears to be at the intersection of Exchange and - you guessed it - Court Street. Looks like a big building. Must be a lot going on in there. Another address we have is at Six Hall of Justice (On Exchange Boulevard), which is for the civil division. |

About the area |
A lotta people for an upstate city, with well over 200K. Economic viability of most upstate cities has been questionable, but at least some say Rochester is holding its own. We here at town-court.com are a bit partial to Ra-cha-cha, since one of our founders went to school here, without causing too much damage. |
Hours of Operation |
Clerk office 8:30-5. And the judges will arrange ya (a joke on arraignment, get it?) at 9:30 am. |
Judges |
Several judges in Rochester City Court are supervised (loosely we bet - judges are hard to control) by Judge T.D. Johnson. |
Prosecutors |
The DA puts down the criminals, but surely is fair to the innocent defendants, right? |
Type Of Cases |
Criminal cases with the most serious traffic cases too, like DWI. |
