Looking for Florida Traffic Courts? Florida Town Court is in New York State. It gets a lot of speeding tickets on the NYS Thruway (I-90). Also has Route 30 and Route 5-S running through it. The Court is a bit out of the way but there are good signs pointing to it. Clerks are Jennifer and Emily. Thanks to a commenter for updating us on the address. Used to be 167 Fort Hunter Rd. Mail or Fax-in any questions. Messages left on the answering machine will not be received. |

About the area |
The Town of Florida is south of the Mohawk River, opposite the Town and City of Amsterdam. Has some beautiful stretches along the river. Also home to a new distribution center for Target. A sparsely populated area. There is a particularly dangerous intersection on Route 30 about 2-4 miles south of the Thruway where 30 bends left but you can go straight onto another road. People get confused and you can get very serious accidents here. |

Court clerk works Monday - Friday 7 am -2:30 pm. Court is held Thursday evening at 6:00 pm. ADA night is the first Monday of the month beginning at 6:00 pm. |
